    How Readers Of One Gun Blog See Readers Of Another

    I’ve been meaning to do this for a while:

    Readers-Of-One-Gun-Blog-See-AnotherLOL We all have our niches and the stereotypes that surround them.

    It’s good to see gun blogging flourishing like it is. The Firearm Blog is a true OG in the gun blog game. The way the original owner Steve ran that site years ago partially inspired me to start ENDO in 2008. The Truth About Guns, although newer (est. 2010) as a whole is a beast, and definitely in it for the long run… that is unless the owner Robert Farago gets made an offer he can’t refuse by the mainstream media, and takes it because the lure of twelve more Ferraris, matching gold 1911s, Saddam’s AK-47, and more oceanfront property is too strong. ;) Keep up the good work guys.

    I know saying this is probably redundant because you guys follow those blogs already too, but if not make sure to hit the links above to check them out.

    The 2nd Amendment Shall Not Be Re-Worded To Your Liking

    Oh but whatevs, says a Springfield, IL middle school superintendent:

    This amendment states that people have the right to certain weapons, providing that they register them and they have not been in prison. The founding fathers included this amendment to prevent the United States from acting like the British who had tried to take weapons away from the colonists.

    Superintendent Bob Hill argued that “no place in the book does it portray that that is the Second Amendment — it’s a study guide summary of the Second Amendment and the impact of the Second Amendment on the lives of people today.” In “reality,” he added, some places do require the registration of firearms.

    Hill also claimed the material is not “proselytizing” a certain political point of view and said removing the material at this point in time is “pretty unfair relative to what the teacher has going on.” Micromanaging teachers in the district by reviewing all material they want to teach, he said, would be insulting to educators.

    LOL yea, trust a school to find “militia”, “keep and bear arms”, and “shall not be infringed” too scary for the kids, so they just decide to teach them the wrong stuff instead.  God forbid a teacher be corrected, how insulting that would be.  At least the cartoon isn’t anti-gun.  It reads “I didn’t think you were a gunslinger.”  “I’m not but I have the right to protect my home.” then the cat says “Sounds constitutional to me.”….. unless that smug cat is being condescending?

    In Israel Hits Don’t Matter Only Looking Cool And Making Noise Does

    Oy vey, the shiksa defense mindset of Aaron Elbaze:

    Where everyone is issued a right knee-pad and a sweet black screen printed team shirt.  Between carrying unloaded guns, and their wacky range shenanigans I just can’t take the Israelis seriously when it comes to the firearms training videos I’ve seen.

    0:21 – LOL great start to the video. The pistol bastardized bumpfire spray and pray really sets the tone.

    What’s the bullshit Krav Maga angle of all this?  Is that the finesse part like how they hold their hand out while they are shooting (2:12) and then run down to the target and mime tactically facepalming it?  Is it the sweet synchronized moves at 2:25?  Nothing like shooting and pausing at the same time when engaging someone who’s shooting back.  Oh well, as long as you’re looking cool and making noise.

    2:47 – wtf is that?  “The feel good terrorist room”?  Where you can feel good about yourself for killing 12 paper bad guys, while convincing yourself your speediness and low drag will translate to real life?
