I bloged about the unrest in Thailand a couple of other times HERE and HERE, and it seems to have got a lot worse there. It appears that both sides are now using guns, and even utilizing snipers to take out key targets.

At what point do we just call it a civil war, which it seems to be heading towards rather quickly.

What a terrible mess.
Not that there’s anything really humorous about any of what’s going on there, but do you suppose the guy in picture number 8 was thinking that the sling shotting he was doing in picture 7 maybe wasn’t such a good idea?

I think the picture of the guy in the blue undies would have been better for the post though.

The difference is that here anyone that resists will probably just be shot if it gets that out of hand. The police seem to have a lot of restraint over in Thailand that I don’t think American law enforcement would have in a similar situation.

I don’t know. look at what happened during the LA riots. That was over one guy and not even a good one. Its scary to think what would happen if there was REAL political unrest in the USA
