Water Balloon Silencer

Ban water and balloons:

This just in… combining water and balloons creates an NFA item.  I heard a guy got busted last week for constructive intent just by having his kid’s birthday party balloons near the tap in the kitchen.  The ATF doesn’t play… except when they do, then they play hard.

That balloon on a stick assassination device is genius…. I love this guy.

I’m actually the most interested in seeing how it effects POI (point of impact), which he doesn’t show at all.  I’m sure it messes everything up, but I’d like to see the results regardless.  I imagine hollow points wouldn’t be ideal either because they would expand as they travelled through the water.

  1. What if someone else was holding the water balloon, or if I keep the muzzle just a cunt hair away from the balloon?

  2. Yeah, in my option that the water balloon is hung from a tree, and not to the firearm then it is not a silencer.

  3. The ATF like just gave him a warning or something, getting a conviction in a federal court and you need an air tight case.

  4. “Anything designed to muffle the report of a firearm” is what defines a silencer.

Jesus, buy a tac65 or something. Shit!! Have fun and not go to fpmita prison.

  5. Not only POI but what happens to energy levels.

    That’s fuckin cook.

Instantly it made me think of filling baloons full of pudding, jello, meat, etc…

Putting a glock inside said baloons…

But I don’t want the ATF to come and finger my bunghole :(

    2. Smart move sir. Stick to gravel glock tests with 1000+ bullet clips and bayonet lugs.
