    Miss South Carolina Does NOT Think We Need An Assault Weapons Ban

    As soon as the gorgeous Ms. South Carolina (Name: Daja Dial) started with “I don’t” I said OH SHIT out loud and was glued to the screen.

    HOLY, ya she nailed it… here is her entire comment:

    Whoa.  Nice work girl!  10/10 would operate with; would date.  Some of these pageant girls are really smart too.  I’m too lazy to look her up right now, but I bet she has a PhD in Biology, an MBA, and is an all around great person.  If they gave he more time to speak I bet she would have started kicking knowledge to the judges about how the term “Assault weapon” isn’t correct, nor is “military style”.  Unfortunately she didn’t win.. “Miss Georgia” won.

    The full blog post on Vurrwapen is definitely worth reading.  Andrew gives zero shits in this one, it’s amazing.  I even side-eyed the screen at one point when he talked about how picking out which Crisco to buy at the grocery store was confusing and it was then he “understood what it must be like for girls who visit gun stores” LOL… yea he wrote that.  Understandably, a white knight appeared in the comments.  I was considering counter-trolling, but realized it was getting late and I needed to get some posts up and some dark chocolate and raspberries eaten, plus catch up on some Tindering.

    Is this Infared Spectroscopy result as conclusive as it looks, and as conclusive as the good professor claims?  I have no idea, so let me know… I just think this shit is hilarious on so many levels.

    Pat-McNamaraI always like to hear the history behind these guys who are well known in the industry.  Sure I give a lot of them a rough time every now and again because I like laughing, but it’s obvious they are doing good work and we’re on the same side.  Some other profile type videos I posted which come to mind were on Larry Vickers, and on Travis Haley.

    For a 40-something year old guy, Pat is really agile.  Would gas up and burn things down with.

    POV Action Movie Hardcore To Debut At TIFF

    They released an official trailer:

    Looks very intense!  I can imagine that after an hour+ of this (I’m assuming) I’ll probably want to throw up.  The first time I felt really old was watching my younger cousins play Call of Doody and I had to take a walk because I felt nauseated.

    Hardcore-Poster-GoProThis “go-pro POV action genre” was originally made popular by the band Biting Elbows who with the same director made a pretty crazy POV music video for one of their songs.  After that went viral they raised $250k on Indiegogo for this movie we just watched the trailer for.

    Thoughts?  I’d like to see this… Hopefully it’s something that will come out online or on Netflix or something after it’s TIFF (Toronto International Film Festival) screening.
