Behold:
Weighing in at a svelte 5.2 oz is the ELF AR-15 Ultralight Aluminum Stock – $139. Off the top of my head I had no idea how light it was compared to say a MAGPUL CTR stock (one of my all time favorites), so I checked… The CTR comes in 8.8 oz… which is 3.6 oz heavier, but with a lot more features and a mere $60 price tag. Are 3.6 oz worth $79 more for something so bare bones like the ELF one? 🤔 I guess it all depends how serious you are about having the lightest possible gun, and what you require.
Thoughts?
