The craft, dubbed the Bavar 2, is armed with a machine gun and carries surveillance cameras.

There isn’t much more info about this. I’m curious what machine gun they are using though.
The design (although functional) looks pretty oldschool. I can’t say I’m a fan of the color scheme either… they should have went with matte black.

Almost as gay as that drop-leg holster purse you posted. This is what playing too much Command & Conquer does for your military procurement strategy.
Man, I haven’t played C&C in years. I lost interested once it started becoming too graphic intensive (and I got older I guess)
The flying boat concept is not a new one we used them extensively in WW2.

Thats pretty neat, thanks for the link.
When i started to read this, I misread Bavar 2 as Beaver 2 and laughed at such a stupid name. But these are pretty lame looking. They look like something you would see in a Bond movie, not to mention how easy it would be to take one of these out with a couple well placed .50 cal machine gun shots.
Yea they do look pretty shoddy.
that looks like it would be an easy target. i laughed my ass off when i saw that that was in fact the engine mounted on what looks like sketchy scaffolding. and the engine itself looks like they pulled it from junk cars. id take a WW2 fighter over that thing any day
hahah yea its like someone at the shop was like “who knows how to weld? Make something to hold the motor up in the air so the prop clears the back end.”

Oh wait… wrong post…
Or is it? :)
