I know I’ve been slacking on the blog posts lately; I’m going to try to get back on a regular schedule with it. If you’re looking for a daily ENDO fix of some sort I typically post at least one ridiculous video or picture on my Instagram every day, so follow me there if you’re not already.
If the video in the post wasn’t a parody, it really would pass for a lot of the “training” I see (and post) on Instagram every day.
