Important, but not:

I don’t know what I’m most impressed by… that “Boosie” still exists in any form or fashion, that said character actually has a merch table at SXSW, that he so much as even did a concert at SXSW, or that he has enough disposable income off such minimal fame and talent to actually shoot money into the wind out of this cash cannon type device.  I’d have to pick all of the above.  All aspects of this public display of wealth and asshattery are astonishing. I applaud this man… wow 2016, what a time to be alive.
