An SNL skit:
For a network that is anti-gun, they sure do a lot of gun humor on SNL. I’m sure the anti-gun people laugh at it too… probably in a hipster ironic way though.
I’m surprised Disney would let SNL use their brand like this. Bambi and the Disney name I thought they would protect to keep child oriented.
Thoughts?

Already been done. Check out “Deer Avenger” video games by Simon & Shuster Interactive. Complete with rednecks and double wielding by “Bambo”.
Oh man! That Luda spoof at the end haha!!
LMAO!!! Too funny.
Comedic parodies and satire fall under the fair use doctrine. In this fine country, you don’t have to ask permission to poke fun. #Murica!
ROFL that’s awesome. Parodies of so much else in there too.
Yep, Fair Use doctrine. Also, the ability to TM that shit is running out anyway…
Which is why they are coming up with all of these live-action reboots of all the classics.
I don’t understand the humor.
I just don’t like SNL. Sorry if I’ve said this before and sound like a wet blanket, but these are the same people who would gladly take all your guns and any other freedoms they thought offended them. It’s not just a casual irony. They donate lots of money directly to the people that legislate away your rights and gush about it. They lampoon your lifestyle and call you stupid racist redneck hicks. They don’t use any numbers, facts, or rational arguments to make such statements, but instead crack jokes and use a laugh-track to convince their audience that what they’re saying is so obvious it doesn’t need evidence or an explanation.
No matter how funny (which is rare now) the actual material might be, I just can’t find anything they do to be entertaining.
i thought this bit of dialogue from a west wing episode was on target:
“It’s not about personal freedom, and it certainly has
nothing to do with public safety. It’s just that some people like guns.
AINSLEY
Yes, they do. But you know what’s more insidious than that? Your gun control position
doesn’t have anything to do with public safety, and it’s certainly not about personal
freedom. It’s about you don’t like people who do like guns. You don’t like the people.
Think about that, the next time you make a joke about the South. “
My teenage daughter says this would be way better than the original Bambi.
Not sure why this is so surprising – if its a contest between anti-hunting and anti-gun, clearly anti-hunting wins. Hey, if we cannot save all the animals and turn everyone to vegans, maybe the animals could at least fight back.
LMAO! So funny. As long as I know what I’m getting into before I go see a movie… I’m good. I went an saw Expendables 2 knowing what I was getting into with some buddies and rather enjoyed it. I think I could go to the 21+ screening of this, grab a few drinks and actually have a good time laughing my ass off.
Democrats especially those pandering to ethnic minorities are all about animals killing rich white people aka republicans, duh!
That Vin Diesel impression was fucking amazing.
