THIS is how you make a video:
I talked about Tac-Con’s triggers and a previous cool video of theirs about a year ago. I also by the looks of it, talked a lot of shit about the fake AUTO position the trigger can go into. I guess I matured over the past year because that doesn’t seem like that big of deal to me anymore *shrug*. Sometimes I get in the mood to just talk shit on tangents you know? Anyway back to the triggers.. they look promising. Here’s more about that 3rd mode:
The 3MR is a drop-in 3-mode fire control system with Safe, Semi-Automatic, and Tac-Con™’s patented 3rd Mode. The 3rd mode has a positive reset that dramatically reduces the split times between shots. The positive reset characteristic is achieved by transferring the force from the bolt carrier through the trigger assembly to assist the trigger back onto the front sear. As a result, this gives the firearm the fastest reset possible. Both semi and 3rd mode positions exhibit a non-adjustable 4.5 pound trigger pull weight.
You can head over to their website and check them out. I know some people aren’t going to like the prices… $400 for an AR-15 Trigger, $400 for an AR-10 trigger, and $350 for the AK-47 one. It’s a bold move considering established leaders like Geissele come in at quite a bit lower price. As always the market will decide if $400 is worth it.
LOL at the nod to Office Space with the “damn it feels good to be a gangster” track and by Tanneriting the photocopier.
P.S. If you don’t know Chet Faker (the guy singing the song in the video)… he also sings a cover of one of my favorite “There are girls at this party, lets put on something they will dance to and make bad decisions” songs by Blackstreet… yea it’s No Diggity. Chet Faker Cover can be listened to here. So many quotable lines in that song…
Getting paid is a forte, each and every day / true player way. <— #ENDO
Speaking of triggers, I made this up a while back. If you guys haven’t already figured it out, I crack myself up NON-STOP. I’m lucky I don’t have an assistant because he/she would probably want to murder-suicide the both of us:
Thoughts?

They’re going to sell a s***load based solely on there being a third position for the selector. Guys at the range’ll be all “Better go all the way on this one: *snick-snick*”
Oh yes, definitely. As far as these stunt devices to simulate full-auto fire, I do like the concept of this though as opposed to bump-fire devices. But I can see guys at the range going nuts over these, especially if they have a lower with a “burst” or “full-auto” engraving.
Then the RSO comes over and asks to see your NFA paperwork.
So? And the RSO can be sent packing (assuming you aren’t violating a rapid fire rule, which if you are why would go shoot there) once you show your gun. A quick check of the lower will show that it doesn’t have an auto sear, and will fire just one show per a trigger pull.
haha yea exactly
Kryptek. HA HA HA. Amateurs.
Only 1 operator operating seriously with a Multicam OPERATIONAL kit.
You wanna talk operateor, pay attention at 2:07 , retard slaps his partner directly on his firing hand while he’s got his finger on the trigger. Then for some strange reason instead of covering the guy (you know cause that’s kinda what that whole tapping you’re buddy is
about) they both move out at the same time, nobodies covering nobody . Whatever, just another tactical hipster video that’s copied
off what noveske started , for a
novelty product at that. How’s about you just learn how to pull a trigger .
Yes, I didn’t pay attention to that, but I DO like this move. You know, let’s pour a truckload of ammo together, make dangerous moves with the finger on the trigger, and then just turn around, our backs facing danger, without cover because we have to get in our trucks.
Courtesy of guys wearing Kryptek.
Loll loll. Gom ;)
So, I’m not a tactical expert of any kind so bear with me.
But why is it that in these videos the ‘Operators’ shoot THEN move to cover? I understand the need to suppress and such, but I don’t understand why these guys insist on standing out in the open in that seemingly very video game inspired half-stand half crouch position, firing, and then thinking: ‘Hey, something between me and incoming pieces of blisteringly hot, ridiculously fast metal seems like a great idea!’
I just figured that it’d be common sense to fight from hard cover (Even a Ford) V.S. Standing on a road, next to perfectly good trucks with perfectly good bullet stopping engines to hide behind, shooting at an enemy that seems to be ambushing you during your faux hostage exchange that has probably already zero’d in on you standing there providing overwatch.
Sincerely, a confused scrub.
haha yea I agree. This appears to be all just for looks.
So, they initially claimed the trigger would simulate full-auto fire instead of using a bump-stock and showed a ridiculously edited and sped up promo vid to get people excited. When people found out the trigger was bullshit and you could easily fire faster with a $50 ALG trigger, the company switched to claiming better split-times. At least we know that the cost is what it is because they spent half of their small business loan on new trucks.
“they spent half of their small business loan on new trucks.” ROFL yea it would appear so.
I’m a bit more interested in the trucks after watching this video…I wonder if they have room for car seats.
i gotta try driving around in my ear pro. operators do that.
Gear and guns too clean. Needs more scratches.
Meh.. *slow clap*
chet faker is pretty dope
