Silencerco Pheasant Massacre

Quietly reducing the pheasant population:

Silencerco-Tramp-Stamp-LogoThose dogs are having the time of their lives.  The suppressor looks pretty funny on the end of those shotguns, but obviously better than having to listen to the loud report of an unsuppressed shotgun… better for the dogs and not scaring other pheasants too.

Pheasants always used to scare the shit out of me when I was dirtbiking… they are so dumb.

Thoughts?

    1. Yeah but i’ve seen birds twitching for a while after they’re dead. Nerves and stuff

To me common sense would be to encourage hunters to use silencers since many hunters don’t wear earpro because they need to hear, and for the dogs.

The music reminds me of the beginning part of a porno you always fast forward through.

Especially when it begins with the sound of a gun cocking.

Yeah, well those pheasant aren’t quite as dumb as the God damn deer that ran directly into/under the left front of my pristine 64K-mile ’94 Crown Vic LX.

    And almost totaled it.

I don’t know how heavy that suppressor is, and I’ve never been wingshooting except once when I was 12 and we didn’t see a single dove…

That being said, I know “balance” on these type of guns is a REALLY big deal, and there’s no way the suppressor isn’t a disadvantage in that regard.

That being said, how neat would an 18″ barrel be on those same guns, and then choke in the suppressor? Overall length would be similar, and you wouldn’t have a brick on the end of a massive lever arm.
