Footage Of Instructor Zero Training Actual Operators In Poland

Pixelated faces all around.  That real operator shit:

Intense Special Operations Training with Instructor Zero in Poland with including FORMOZA, GROM, A.B.W. (Polish FBI), C.B.A. (Anti-Corruption Bureau), J.W.K. (Commando Unit), BOA (Counter Terrorism), MOSG (Naval Border Security) and CSWL (Land Force Training Group).

In 2014 SF Unit FORMOZA in Poland invited Instructor Zero for a joint SF training course in an intense 5 day program which included elements of the HOST program and I.C.T.S. – Intelligently Controlled Targeting System that was created and developed by Instructor Zero.

They are doing a lot of those “roll-off to reload while the other guy shoots” maneuvers.  The general consensus on the post I made about Zero’s one video about that, is that it’s pretty derpy.   Yea I haven’t operated on the special forces level or anything, but it would seem to me that if there is an actual threat which would require shooting, both guys would shoot… one wouldn’t just roll off and be all tactically chilled out AF while guy #1 emptied his magazine.

Instructor-Zero-Cock-EverywhereOnly Instructor Zero would have such angelic music in his videos haha.  I bet Zero hangs upside down naked at home field stripping guns in the dark with Ave Maria blasting through his speakers

3:26 – 3:41 contains mad tactical daps.

Thoughts?

I noticed during the reel drill the guy in the black shirt resting the forearm of his weapon on his opposite arm when behind. I also noticed that when the guy in front peels off his head is directly in front of the muzzle. Col Cooper would go ballistic at this tacticool make everything complicated so it looks awesome on tape jack foolery going on. Instructor Zero says “The banana it goes up and then the worm is on the hook”.

  2. What little I could see of that clusterfuck through the cloud of pixels reminded me of this:

  3. Everything he does is one giant homage to himself.

  4. Seriously, can someone actually verify the authenticity of the claims made in this video training with GROM and the like? Because I’m getting pretty sick of claims like these.

  5. Only pixelated Polack’s can operate at that level. That looked more like Special Olympics training than Special Forces. However, all high speed spec ops training does end with everyone hugging the instructors. So must be legit.

    1. I noticed that too. The proper technique is muzzle directly up.

I keep expecting to see Instructor Zero with a battle-axe. He totally looks like a Tolkien dwarf.

  7. Mike, the only reason I can see for the reload peel is to maintain a constant amount of sustained fire on a target. This could be like the moving base of fire (saw gunner) or a fixed base of fire (from a weapons plt) to allow other units to move while maintaining pressure on the objective or targets.

Or for fighting down the longest hallway ever.

Sure Paste, don’t know who you are or what kind of training you have had but this was obviously just a fun training shown here.
Basic operation for suppressive fire on one target, muzzle pointing on others minimal and if you and other say it is not 100% pure then please do it in such speed you will see that it is just a milliseconds of muzzle pointing on other soldier which is not threatening and normal in the situation of full speed stress combat. The guns rested on the oposit arm are quite normal and as you may have not noticed pointed upwards, this saves energy of the muscles of the “weak hand” and helps to properly fire while changed to front position, also keeps rifle ready to change to firing stance and is more efficient then having rifle pointed to the ground.
As for the unit shown in the movie it for sure was Formoza which is polish special naval unit, couldn’t see any of GROM badges but can not say for sure they were not present.
One other thing is that for most of such “trainings” or other “show offs” they barely use other soldiers from those units then freshmen who are still getting used to speed and techniques of special operations units. And please do not use terms such as Polack’s specially with negative comments as it is not only rude but also far from truth as our GROM , JWK, Formoza have many years of cooperation with SEALS or DELTA or others and many many times have been up to the level or even above. Please for example read Cris Kyle’s book where GROM is mentioned or search for other publications and if you truly want to know more and are not only just saying what you wish for you own ego and “how better I am” then I strongly recommend buying “My Thirteen Years In Polish Special Forces Unit GROM” http://gromyears.com/ . This I hope will open your mind a little. With peace have a good day.

  9. The GROM are no doubt legit. I got to hang out with and shoot with them at FOB Ghazni. Good dudes, and as mentioned above, they train with some of the best. I’ve got numerous buddies who actually deployed and worked with them in Iraq and came away highly impressed. Some even wished they could cross over to them for awhile.

That being said, I’m not a fan of instructor Zero. Far too much un-aimed fire and mag well holds for my taste. And why was the guy repeatedly knocking the pole away that held on to one of the targets? I didn’t get issued a pole that protrudes from the side of my chest that allows people to push me to the side from 5 meters away.

  10. I like Zero. The dude obviously walks the walk. I also find the stuff ENDO says about Zero to be entertaining. Funny stuff.

The bit about his accent is getting kind of tired though.
