The gun store guys gripe about the ATF gun walking scandal:
I’m 100% behind free speech, but I think it’s priceless how openly critical these guys are of the ATF when their livelihood depends on them, and they likely deal with them and their forms dozens of times per day. #NotASingleF**kWasGiven I suppose hahha.
The whole operation really still seems surreal to me. A lot of people, and organizations don’t run it past a good litmus test I was taught a while back which is “Don’t do anything which you would be embarrassed to have everyone you know, read about in the paper or see on the news”. Some solid advice for contemplating life changing decisions if you ask me.
5:00 – Condoning killing illegal Mexican immigrants as they’re crossing. *facepalm* Yea I’m staying out of that one. If it really was a priority the border could be sealed up as tight as the North Korea one with sentries and everything. That’s definitely a touchy subject with a lot of people though, and even the ones that are for it probably wouldn’t want to admit it to a lot of people they know.
Buy a Run Guns t-shirt if you want to subtly poke fun at the scandal.

Bubba is trying to give us some political analysis. Sen. Daryl Issa has already said everything they are talking about hence they have nothing new to add. “Some Brown Man” you know a lot of women and children are out there too. I understand the bad guys need to get dealt with but FUCK ME we’re just gonna start shooting random people!
It’d just absurd that the best the government can come up with is build a few feet of shitty wall, put out some armed people who can’t shoot back, oh… AND SUPPLY AN INVADING FORCE WITH WEAPONS!
All Obama would have to do is say “war”, give the corrupt Mexican government some $$$ and let the Army do what it’s good at, killing brown people. Sure, it’s a BAD idea, but at least our people won’t be on the other side of the globe.
I wish folks would come together and change the ongoing trend of this country going to flaming shit in a hand basket. Anyone involved in this case needs to be fired. Anyone involved in Washington over the last 20 years needs to be fired. Just fucking fire everybody. Grrrrrrrrr.
I’m all for militarizing the border. It’s more of a threat to our citizens and country than islamic terrorists by far. it is a clear and present danger that manifests itself weekly. I don’t get the debate. Hell yes people need to be shot, bombed, and strung up. The problem would end RIGHT NOW if it were in place. Imagine using a small fraction of the war cost from Iraq on fencing and fortifying the border, having it be like the korean DMZ. hell, let highly ranked call of duty playing kids direct drone strikes in that zone. The problem will end. Then when the mexican president complains, send him the bill and a big cup of STFU.
So you guys are saying its okay to bomb other peoples country but you get all worked up when somebody allegedly bombs yours?
And whats the difference between a “islamic” terrorist and a “normal” terrorist?
And whats about the whole “USA is the melting pot of the world
PS: Islamic isnt actually a word(its something the medias scaremongering has invented), if you are refering to a believer of Islam who is a terrorist then it would be : muslim terrorist.
To be fair, Muslim is a noun. It’s the proper name for one who practices Islam. Islamic actually IS the adjectival form of the idea you’re conveying.
I totally disagree with the guy above you, but the English grammar here is pretty unbiased.
We need to militarize the border. The logic behind everything we do now, is so backwards. Fighting a war in a Iraq matters to our security, yet, we have young women, men and tourists, kidnapped and murdered by foreign nationals on our own soil….We have LEO and Gov. personnel murdered by these guys. We have a giant criminal organization operating on our own soil like it’s cool….and what’s important? The new Iphone. Backwards.
It’s a direct result of the war on drugs.
Prohibition made criminals rich by running alcohol. War on drugs has done the same with drugs. When you make something illegal, people are still going to get it. They pay a lot of money to criminals who aren’t scared of the law to get it. Criminals use that money to protect their enterprise and it spirals into what we have now.
+1
“Now we’re not saying all this based on fact.” When he said that I turned it off, I don’t like these guys… And i too agree with militarizing the border.
I agree that the border problem needs to be fixed and yes this country is going to heck in a hand basket if the citizenry doesn’t wise up! This whole gun runner thing is fooped up big time but isn’t it ironic we are saying the border patrol agent died because guns were given to the criminals. Maybe that’s not what people are saying, it sounds like it though and its like saying because the gun he was killed, when it was the criminal who killed him.
What is that at the 1:00 mark. A left handed Ar?
5:07 ‘if some brown man was running thru my back yard and he didnt look like he belonged there, i’d fire some tracers at his ass’
I love these guys.
“a six-month Fortune investigation reveals that the public case alleging that Voth and his colleagues walked guns is replete with distortions, errors, partial truths, and even some outright lies. Fortune reviewed more than 2,000 pages of confidential ATF documents and interviewed 39 people, including seven law-enforcement agents with direct knowledge of the case. Several, including Voth, are speaking out for the first time.”

I would highly suggest you guys do some more reading on this…
From the cited article:
2000 x 360 = 720,000 weapons (figure gun shops are closed on the five majors). There were 14,033,824 NICS Checks for the year of 2009. That would be a 5.1% were straw purchases.
Straw purchasing is a 10 year felony. That isn’t exactly toothless. Add in that many FFLs asked if they had to actually allow the sale. Many FFLs also asked for hold harmless documentation.
And having a list of who owns what weapons helps how? In addition, it seems that a pro-gun organization says not a problem checking out the owner, but not the owners inventory, the gun control group says it is the pro-gun organization’s fault a law failed. It is about the control, not the guns.
From the Legal Community Against Violence (smartgunlaws.org) website:
This is after 49 other states have CCW laws . Illinois has no CCW. Then you have D.C., the American Samoa’s and N. Mariana Islands with no CCW. Want to guess which areas have the highest handgun violence issues?
Since the U.S. government never notified the Mexican government, how did they expect to track the weapons?
I’m going to skip the rest of parsing Fortune’s left leaning bullshit. Basically somewhere around February 4, 2010 the DOJ issued a letter that said Holder had no knowledge. In December the DOJ retracted the letter. Then the House Oversight asked for documents and essentially have been stonewalled since. House Oversight is expecting that there are well over 100K documents and have received about 10K so far. Those the House has are so heavily redacted there may be 30 words readable on a page.
Don’t believe the lamestream media.
i lol’d when he said ‘brown man’ this guy is a retard….
“Brown man?” I’m Hispanic and legal…be sure to ask their immigration status prior to firing, wouldn’t want you to waste a bullet.
