Those subterranean levels are WIN. I want to build a nice house over top of something similar someday. I keep checking for new abandoned missile base properties, but most of them are either too expensive, or in too rough of shape.
Hopefully posting this isn’t a threat to G.I. Joe OPSEC … I’m sure COBRA already has this intel. :P

Well Pal you’ve got competition then! I’ve been watching those silo’s as well for a couple years. The Atlas E silo is the one I’m after. What a neat place to live!
Yea the Atlas E looks awesome. It’s really too bad that 50 years worth of weather got the best of most of them. It sure would be a lot of money to fix those up.
Is there one in Salina, Kansas?
I knew a guy who was helping move some equipment into a silo home and ran into a little bit of trouble…
Interesting story. I bet those guys are gonna be in jail for a while!
They are all over here in Missouri and Kansas, as well as many other midwestern states. I think the typical price is amazing for them at around 200k or so. But they are all in need of a complete restoration. Worth every penny in my opinion. If I ever win the lotto I’m making one my permanent residence.
Too bad concrete work is so expensive! The possibilities are pretty much endless though if you have the money.
