Yea you read the title correctly… this isn’t a joke either:
Only the government could come up with an official 26 page military document on such a topic.

I propose a new entry under Quality Assurance:
4.6 – The brownie and cookies shall make operators operate in operations exceeding their baseline operating ability. The contractor shall ensure product compliance prior to submitting the product to the USDA for any inspection.

I don’t think my brownies and cookies can compare..
I should find their recipe and see if its any good.
My guess is that their recipe sucks. I say that judging by the quality of MREs. :P
You know, I wonder how much of the national budget could be cut just by labeling them: Cookies, chocolate” and calling it a day.
OK I got the ingredients that meet or exceed US Standards, now what temp does the oven have to be?
*facepalm* Sigh….
It’s amazing the military doesn’t have spell check yet. cocolate? agrigulture? amazing…

How long until these are marketed to civilians as “Tactical Brownies”?
haha no kidding.

No wonder Sarge raids Beetle’s incoming packages.
“operators operate in operations exceeding their baseline operating ability”
Well that’s redundant.
It was supposed to be a joke.
I can’t imagine a military contractor trying to cheat the US, can you?
Hmmm maybe we can sell the army a cookie made from sawdust, plaster of Paris, and rat turds.
In case you wonder why Mil Specs exist
