I’m no Obama fan, but have you actually read the bill? There’s nothing in there about disarming American citizens.
The link you provided states that it “locks us into United Nations Millennium Summit.” It does not explicitly say that. It does state that the bill seeks to achieve the United Nations Millennium goal of reducing the proportion of people who live on less than one dollar per day, it also says it seeks to work towards some of the other goals: reducing child mortality, reducing hunger, combating the spread of HIV/AIDS; but says nothing about disarming citizens. Furthermore, the UN treaty says nothing explicitly about disarming citizens; certainly nothing that could be construed as preemptive to the 2nd Amendment. It does, however, seek:
“To take concerted action to end illicit traffic in small arms and light weapons,
especially by making arms transfers more transparent and supporting regional
disarmament measures, taking account of all the recommendations of the
forthcoming United Nations Conference on Illicit Trade in Small Arms and
Light Weapons.”
Now, it seems pretty clear by this language that the goal of this is to reduce illegally traded firearms from reaching militant militia groups and the like, and is not aimed at infringing on the rights of U.S. citizens to keep and bear arms.
I think that construing the language of this bill to be such that it seeks to infringe on the 2nd amendment rights of citizens of the United States is alarmist, to say the least.

What’s most funny is that president Obama hasn’t made even one move to “take ‘r guns”
it’s completly fabracated.
Don’t get me wrong I love firearms and would be very upset if it was the case, but there has been no evidence of such.
Ahem …
